1. Acceptance

By adding or using Anyaluga ("the Bot") you agree to these Terms, the Discord Terms of Service and the Discord Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please remove the Bot from your server.

2. The Service

Anyaluga Development operates Discord bots including Anyaluga (welcome/goodbye messages, member verification, tickets, auto roles, activity statistics, and music playback from a server library) and Eluga Radio (a dedicated music bot playing from a song vault, direct streams, or saved radio stations). Each bot's specific features are listed on its own page. Features may change at any time.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not spam, harass, exploit, overload or disrupt the Bot or Discord.
• Do not use the Bot to break the law or infringe others' rights.
• You are responsible for having the right to any audio, images or fonts you upload or link.

4. Server administrators

Administrators are responsible for configuring the Bot, its permissions and roles, and for informing their members how the Bot is used in their server.

5. Availability

The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

6. Termination

We may restrict or block servers or users who violate these Terms. You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content arising from use of the Bot.

8. Web dashboard

The web dashboard is available only to people who have the Manage Server or Administrator permission on a server, and is checked every time you save. Changes you make apply to your server immediately and affect its members. You are responsible for the text, links and images you enter. Do not try to access other servers' settings or bypass access controls; we may limit access if you do.

9. Changes & contact

3. การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้

• ห้ามสแปม คุกคาม ใช้ช่องโหว่ ทำให้บอทหรือ Discord ทำงานหนักเกินหรือหยุดชะงัก
• ห้ามใช้บอทเพื่อผิดกฎหมายหรือละเมิดสิทธิ์ผู้อื่น
• คุณต้องมีสิทธิ์ในเสียง รูปภาพ หรือฟอนต์ที่อัปโหลดหรือแนบลิงก์เอง

4. ผู้ดูแลเซิร์ฟเวอร์

5. ความพร้อมให้บริการ

1. Data we process

• Server settings: server, channel and role IDs and the options administrators configure.
• User identifiers: Discord user IDs, plus display name and avatar shown in welcome/goodbye messages (used at the time of the message).
• Activity statistics: per user per day, the number of messages sent, time spent in voice channels and which channels were used. We do not store the content of messages.
• Tickets: ticket channel and opener IDs.
• Content added by administrators: song names, links and audio, images and fonts.

2. How we use it

Only to run the Bot's features, keep it secure and prevent abuse.

3. Storage & sharing

Data is stored in a cloud database and the Bot runs on a hosting provider. We do not sell your data and share it only with these infrastructure providers, or when required by law.

4. Retention & deletion

Data is kept while it is needed to provide the service. Administrators can remove uploaded files and songs with the Bot's commands, and anyone may ask us to delete data about them or their server by contacting us below.

5. Children

The Bot is for people who meet Discord's minimum age. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below it.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect data, but no system is completely secure.

7. Web dashboard, greeting DMs & cookies

• Login: the dashboard uses Discord OAuth2 with the identify and guilds scopes. We receive your user ID, username, avatar and the list of servers you are in (with your permissions there). We never see your Discord password and we do not store your Discord access token.
• Session: we keep your user ID, name, avatar and the servers you can manage for up to 7 days so you stay logged in. The session cookie value is stored only as a hash.
• Greeting DM: when the Bot is added to a server, it sends a one-time welcome message by DM to the person who added it (if identifiable) and to the server owner.
• Cookies: sid (login session, 7 days, HttpOnly) and st (login security check, 10 minutes). We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
• Browser storage: your language choice (lang), whether you dismissed the cookie notice (ck1) and, on this website, your chosen theme (themeId, acc). These stay on your device.
